Lizzy Dugan
Head Coach
With 16 years of gymnastics experience competing for Gymnastics East and MIHS, Lizzy enjoys giving back to the program that gave her so much by helping the next generation of Mercer Island gymnasts achieve their goals. Outside of coaching, Lizzy is a second-grade teacher. This is Lizzy’s second season as head coach and fifth year coaching MIGGS.
Lindsay Raleigh competed gymnastics for 15 years with 4 years of that being high school competition. After graduating from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, she moved to Minneapolis and was an Assistant Gymnastics Coach at a local high school for 3 years. Lindsay's full-time job is being a Materials Science and Engineer at Honeywell Aerospace. She also judges high school gymnastics during the winter season.
